Working with Donna was a fantastic experience!  Having worked with a few other agents in the past, Donna clearly stood out as someone who will go out of her way for her clients; she was extremely professional and courteous, very responsive, engaging and informed, and most valuable of all she worked hard to protect our most precious resource; our time.  All our searches were carefully filtered to properties within our wish criteria, she proactively asked the questions we might be interested in on our behalf, minimized back and forth delays on paperwork, and worked within our timelines, which on a couple of occasions took us close to midnight!  She exudes confidence and experience, knows how to keep the other agents in line when they forget their professional etiquette, and can do it all with genuine grace, a beaming smile, and sincere concern for her clients’ wellbeing.  Anyone would be lucky to work with someone with that rare mix of attributes.
