    Deciding to move a huge decision to make with so many uncertainties. From day one Lauren took a personal interest approach in finding my forever home. From start to finish, Lauren was very professional, knowledgeable, and confident in each house that she showed me. Lauren listened to my needs and was able to refine the searches to what I was looking for. When we walked through my “forever home” we both knew it was exactly what I was looking for. I’m not sure who was more excited when we got the call that I had gotten the house; Lauren or myself.

    Next came the hard part. Selling my condo. Lauren, once again, took this in stride. She walked me through the comparables, spoke clearly about the market, and priced my condo accordingly. I felt confident in Lauren’s ability to sell it. One day later it was sold for over asking. Lauren made this journey for me easy because of her confidence, professionalism, and pose.

    We bought and sold with Donna and we are so glad we had her by our side. She was amazing and such a pleasure to work with. She was always on time and very friendly and helpful through the whole process. Donna helped us sell our house quickly and painlessly and took time to get to know so well that we bought the first house she showed us! She had professionals take great photos and created an excellent online virtual tour and detailed brochures to highlight the features of our home. She worked with a professional to help stage our house for a quick sale and it looked amazing. With a thorough market evaluation, she helped us price our home effectively for a fast sale and great profit. With our new home Donna was so helpful in dealing with the previous owners to iron out all the final details.
